Based on my Smíchov urban project, I designed these small houses on riverbank, with perfect view close to the city center. They could work as apartments for rent or as simple small houses. Placed on high base to protect them from the flood watter, with parking lot under the house. One open space with partly detached kitchen, separated bathroom, open bedroom in second level and terrace above the river.
